FAMILY LAW
Family law is all about handling relationships with the empathy and sensitivity that they deserve. In recognition of the fact that life (and love) sometimes leads to unpleasant surprises, causing much heartache and suffering, we have endeavoured to assist our clients in reaching amicable divorce settlements in a safe, conflict free environment and encourage mediation as an alternative to acrimonious and confrontational divorce proceedings.
On a happier note, we also assist young (and not so young) couples with antenuptual contracts and advice on matrimonial property systems.
